This experience can be done in real or virtual, at your convenience. You are offered a full menu: starter, main course and dessert. This Michelin-starred MOF Chef (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) will explain the menu you are going to cook as well as the raw materials used. It is then up to you to play, under the watchful eye of your "teacher", you will benefit from his advice and techniques and you will make wonderful dishes in 1:30. Your efforts will finally be rewarded with the tasting of your creations.

Stéphane Gaborieau discovered his passion for the flavors of Provencal cuisine in the south of France from an early age. His cuisine today is a perpetual quest for perfection. He constantly challenges himself and works with all his energy and passion. He appreciates spicy but not too spicy cuisine, the fruity taste of vegetables, products that come directly from artisans, small owners, anything that is on a human scale.
If you choose the virtual experience, you will receive the necessary ingredients for the recipes per package. Once all the equipment has been received, your appointment is made with the Chef, on your screen, each in front of their stoves. The selected recipes will be chosen carefully so that no professional equipment is readily available at home. Whether you are at home or in a restaurant, you can renew these delicious dishes to satisfy the taste buds of all your guests.
