Whether it be physical or mental, the marathon, this legendary 42.195 km race is getting ready because this event does not look like a spring walk!
Your experienced and knowledgeable coach will accompany you to Paris or elsewhere for professional preparation. Equipment, physical training, diet, mental preparation, everything goes and he will not let you go, while remaining in the benevolence and love of the sport.

YOUR COACH
Yaël, world record holder in the Marathon relay, is a high level athlete who will share with you his passion for running. With more than 15 marathons to his credit, half-marathons, relay marathons, trails and ultra trails, he will give you the keys to success. You will then be ultra ready and serene for the day of the race.
THE PROGRAM
You will need a minimum of 4 months and on a frequency of one session per week with your coach. In all, 16 preparation sessions will be necessary, as well as a first scouting session and the presence of your coach on race day.
THE LOGISTIC
We take care of the entire registration, take care of everything, you just need to focus on your performance. However, you will need to be able to attest to your good physical health by your attending physician. We can also help you with your transport and accommodation depending on where you live.
