A unique experience
THE PARIS OF JAZZ AND ITS MYTHICAL NEIGHBORHOODS.
During this walking tour, you will discover the former location of the " Club Saint-Germain-des-Prés " where performances were organized in the club cellars. Then, you will pass in front of the hotel where world-famous jazz musicians jammed late at night after their concerts. You then stop at the site of the former Tabou club, where French jazz songwriter, musician and promoter Boris Vian performed in 1947.
You will then continue in the 5th arrondissement of Paris to the " Caveau de la Huchette ", the oldest jazz club in Paris. Near the Pont Neuf, you will listen to your guide tell you about the jazz scene in Montmartre, the district, which was once teeming with nightclubs and which saw the development of French song.
To complete this unique route, you will cross the Seine and head towards the Châtelet district. There are several jazz clubs, including Le " Duc des Lombards ", where you can enjoy a glass of champagne if you select this option, accompanied by a live concert.
