You will enter through the artists' entrance, rue de Lyon, then a maze of corridors, a few more steps, and suddenly, the genius of the Bastille appears, perched on his golden crown! The roof of the Opéra-Bastille is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the capital ... and it now has its own vegetable garden!
You will also discover the importance of biodiversity on the site and the means implemented for its development on +2500 m² of roofs and 2000 m² of facades of this Parisian institution.

THE HIDDEN TREASURE OF THE OPERA BASTILLE
It is on the roof of the famous Opera that you have to go to discover a well-hidden curiosity: an urban vegetable garden that overlooks the square from 40 meters high! You will find ancient vegetables, herbs, fruits, hops, ...
GATHERING
You will be accompanied by an agricultural expert who will introduce you to all the plantations in the vegetable garden and at the same time give you some culinary advice. The project having been created for the employees and "friends" of the Opera, all the species present were planted on demand, which implies some good surprises. Your guide will introduce you to the different cultures and together you will create your stocked basket according to the season and the period.
THE TASTING
Follow this unique and confidential visit with a lunch or dinner (starter, main course, dessert or cheese / excluding drinks) in a typical neighborhood restaurant that use fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers from the kitchen garden. This is an opportunity to go from the land to the plate and thus taste the true taste of Paris.
WINK OF GREETS : To end your experience in style, you will leave with a basket made up of your harvest.
DETAILS : This program, valid for 1 people, takes place over 3 hours on site including the meal in the restaurant. Lunch or dinner is included. The number of participants is from 1 to 8 people. The program is available on request on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, subject to availability.. This experience is valid within 12 months from the date of purchase. Experience not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Equip yourself with a comfortable outfit adapted to the weather conditions (basketball, coat, etc.)
