For hot dishes, roast Saint-Jacques with truffled cabbage ravioli and Poached Armoise Court fowl, lobster medallion, seaweed puffed rice, artichoke and coral juice will satisfy you without hesitation. And finally, the blackcurrant sweet champagne vintage, frozen champagne rosé and sunflower ice cream, will be the apotheosis of a dream dinner.
