As mentioned last week, GREETS invites you, until Christmas, to discover one of its partners through confidential experiences gathered in a single PRIVILÈGE gift box. This week, the Maison in the spotlight is La Maison Polmard.

From the sixth generation of butcher-farmers, Alexandre Polmard has set himself the mission of educating the carnivore’s palate and elevating the butcher’s craft to the level of gastronomy. In addition to producing high-quality French beef, La Maison Polmard has another distinctive feature: raising exclusively Blonde d’Aquitaine cattle on its Domaine de Saint-Mihiel (in the Meuse region).

A unique experience

You begin this experience by discovering the Polmard family story, which dates back to the 19th century. You will then learn about the unique technique used by La Maison Polmard to preserve its meat in optimal conditions: hibernation.

This moment of sharing continues with a tasting of various products from the Maison (sausage, dried meat, terrine, etc.), accompanied by an excellent wine from Languedoc. To conclude, you will savour La Maison Polmard’s signature product: a beef tartare (traditional or Italian style). A moment of pure indulgence and conviviality.
